$40 / child. $32 for each additional child.

$60 / child + parent pair.

For children ages 5-10. 10+ are also welcome. Parents are welcome to join. Yoga with Kids is a fun way to help children develop body awareness, strength, flexibility, concentration and confidence in a nourishing and non-competitive atmosphere. It is also a great opportunity for families to bond.

Girls' World Dance with Katie

4 Saturdays, Nov 6 - Nov 27, 12:30-1:30 pm.

$40 / child. $32 for each additional child.

For girls ages 6-10. Girl's World Dance is a class for young ladies to learn creative dance movement from around the world. Our fun, non-judgemental environment fosters confidence, self-esteem and positive body image for pre-teen girls. During the four week session the participants will learn a choreography that they will help create using movements taught in the course. We will be drawing from a variety of dance inspiration including: bellydance, hip-hop and west African.
