Cardio Pilates - Trampoline & Ball
Cardio Pilates is the ultimate workout! The first 30 minutes is a joint-friendly, mini trampoline workout. This class is designed to challenge and strengthen your cardiovascular system, recharge your lymphatic system and thoroughly tone your body. This is followed by a 30 minute Pilates on the ball class that challenges and improves stability and balance in a way that engages the body in every plane and every direction.

Firm Foundations Mat Pilates
Firm Foundations combines a solid repertoire of preparatory and classical Pilates mat work exercises to effectively build core strength and sculpt the body. Accessible to all fitness levels.

Gentle Mat Pilates
This level is ideal for those new to Pilates. We will reinforce the Basic Principles and work on Essential level exercises. We strongly encourage even the fittest individuals to begin their Pilates practice at this level.

Group Reformer - 360
° Workout
Limited to 5 participants per class, this equipment-based class is programmed with key resistance exercises that leave you feeling stronger and more flexible. Core control and strengthening is the focus of every exercise. Reformer classes take Pilates to an entirely new level and are appropriate for all levels.

Pilates on the Ball - Core Balance
This class that challenges and improves stability and balance in a way that engages the body in every plane and every direction.

Pilates & Props
This class combines Essential, Intermediate, and occasionally Advanced exercises. We often add bands, balls, and fitness circles to challenge traditional mat work while assisting the proper form in each exercise. This class is recommended for those who have learned the Basic Principles and might want to try more challenging exercises.


Pilates & Props - Youth Friendly
Not just for the adults! This class is open to youth ages 12 and up. We combine Essential, Intermediate, and occasionally Advanced exercises and often add bands, balls, and fitness circles to challenge the traditional mat work while assisting the proper form in each exercise.


Power Lunch Pilates
is a faster paced class that combines Advanced and Intermediate exercises. Guaranteed to strengthen and tone core muscles and improve flexibility at the same time! This class is recommended only for those who have mastered the Basic Principles.

Power Mat Pilates is a faster paced class that combines Advanced and Intermediate exercises. Guaranteed to strengthen and tone core muscles and improve flexibility at the same time! This class is recommended only for those who have mastered the Basic Principles.
