Power Flow & Yin Yoga ~ A beautiful blend of Vinyasa flow, Yin stretches and Restorative yoga, this is one of our most vigorous classes. Wed 5:30-6:45 pm.
Kids Yoga & Mini Hatha Yoga Combo~ Something for the kids and the PARENTS! While your little ones are having fun breathing, stretching and playing, you also have a chance to unwind from the day. Thu, 4:30-5:00 pm.
Chair Yoga for Joints & Mobility ~ Cast away all your fear of yoga due to arthritis or stiff joints and try this gentle class to bring mobility back to your body! Thu 5:45-4 pm.
